MDOT’s STEM Conference offers an opportunity for teachers to learn about MDOT’s STEM Education programs. The one-day conference is held each summer, and offers hands-on training and information sessions about how MDOT’s STEM Education programs can be implemented in classrooms.
This annual conference features information and demonstration sessions from the Litter Prevention, Transportation and Civil Engineering (TRAC), Roadways Into Developing Elementary Students(RIDES), Safety Education and Operation Lifesaver programs. Education outreach coordinators share details on how to schedule on-site presentations at your school at no cost. Participants will receive instructional materials and 1.5 CEUs for attending this one-day conference.
Deadline to apply is typically at the end of June. Download the application for details.
