Toward Zero Deaths (TZD) is a national safety strategy that Mississippi has adopted to bring stakeholders together towards a common vision. That vision is a highway system free of fatalities through a sustained decline in transportation-related deaths and injuries. In 2015, there were 677 traffic fatalities in Mississippi. That same year, 35,092 people were killed on American highways.
Zero deaths on highways should be the goal for Mississippi. Help us drive Mississippi toward zero deaths.
