*A full project schedule signed and stamped by a Professional Engineer is a required attachment to this application. Supporting documentation should clearly display the layout of the proposed project and clearly identify the ROW boundary owned by the local entity. A detailed plan of action of how the ROW will be acquired and/or utility conflicts will be addressed should accompany the application.
