Welcome to the MDOT's Grant Management System. The system was designed to assist applicants to timely and effectively apply for federal grant funds for transportations services within the state. This electronic application package contains the necessary forms and instructions for a complete application. Please read these materials and use Application Checklist when preparing the application. The electronic document and one (1) bound original of the application must be submitted. All requested information must be submitted. All applicants must comply with the deadline for submission. In order to meet submission deadlines completed applications may either be hand delivered or postmarked by the specified date.
